Today's
perky little harvest of mustard micro-greens and some lola rosa
lettuce... and how it got used in this afternoon's lunch...
Methi (From yesterday's harvest) chapati with some red coconut chutney slathered on and stuffed with cucumber, carrot and capsicum sticks with loads of mustard and moolangi micro-greens and a couple of dill baby-greens thrown in for an added punch. :)
